SPLASH OF CLUB SODA
MUDDLE SUGAR CUBE, ORANGE SLICE, CHERRIES AND BITTERS IN THE BOTTOM OF A ROCKS GLASS. ADD ICE, RYE AND TOP OFF WITH CLUB SODA. STIR.

2 OUNCES MASTER OF MIXES MANGO PUREE
2 OUNCES MASTER OF MIXES SWEET AND SOUR MIX
COMBINE BOURBON, MANGO AND SWEET AND SOUR MIX INTO A SHAKER WITH ICE. STRAIN INTO AN ICE FILLED GLASS AND GARNISH WITH FRESH MANGO.

3 CUPS FRESH BLACKBERRIES
3/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
2 TBS FRESH CHOPPED MINT PLUS MORE SPRIGS FOR GARNISH
1 1/2 QUARTS OF COLD WATER
6 GOOD QUALITY BLACK TEA BAGS
16 OUNCES BIRD DOG BLACKBERRY FLAVORED WHISKEY
COMBINE BLACKBERRIES, SUGAR AND CHOPPED MINT INTO A BOWL. USE A POTATO MASHER OR WOODEN SPOON TO BREAK UP THE BERRIES AND LET MACERATE FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS. THE LONGER, THE BETTER.. BRING 1 1/2 QUARTS OF COLD WATER TO A BOIL IN A SAUCEPAN. REMOVE FROM HEAT, ADD TEA BAGS AND LET STEEP FOR AT LEAST 3 MINUTES. REMOVE TEA BAGS AND POUR THE BREWED TEA OVER THE BLACKBERRY MIXTURE AND LET SIT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR. POUR TEA MIXTURE THROUGH A STRAINER INTO A PITCHER PRESSING ON SOLIDS, ADD BLACKBERRY WHISKEY, COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. POUR INTO ICE FILLED GLASSES AND GARNISH WITH MINT SPRIG.
